YotaPhone 3: Design, Features And Pricing Leaks

Baoli Yota has just announced another android smartphone with dual display, touted as the YotaPhone 3. The main highlight of the smartphone is that it comes with E-ink display at the back of the device and packs a decent hardware and specs. The phone will only available for purchase in China in mid of September and there is no word whether or not the phone will arrive in other markets. You can grab YotaPhone 3 for 4,000 RMB (about $600) through Chinese retailers

The smartphone comes with a 5.5 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display, which carries the support for 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution at 401 ppi pixel density. There is also a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 layer that prevents smartphone’s screen from scratches and being damaged. While the back of the phone features a 5.2 inches E-ink display with the screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.

The smartphone runs on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out of the box. While the phone is powered by the Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 processor consisting of octa core Cortex-A53 CPU and is having a clock frequency of 2.0 GHz. The smartphone is equipped with 4GB of RAM along with 64GB / 128GB of internals storage. There is no MicroSD card slot, but the phone already offers enough storage.

Regarding the camera, the phone sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with autofocus and dual LED flash support. On the front, there is a 12 megapixel front facing camera for taking selfies. Under the hood, there is a Non-removable Li-Ion 3200 mAh battery that will provide enough juice. The phone will only available in one color option, which is balck. The smartphone also comes with the support for Qi wireless charging.
